Occupational Therapist – Gateway Service

Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Gateway Service team in Hertfordshire. In this role, you’ll support residents through strength-based interventions that promote independence and wellbeing. • →Conducting generic assessments and designing personalised enablement programmes
• →Promoting independence through minor and major home adaptations
• →Reviewing moving and handling needs and providing specialist equipment
• →Working collaboratively with carers and health professionals
• →Supporting smart working with access to laptops, smartphones, and touchdown spaces

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience in adult social care and enablement approaches
• Confident working independently across community settings
• Car driver with access to a vehicle preferred
