Social Worker – Adult Early Support

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult Locum Social Worker to join its client's Adult Early Support Team at Manchester.

• →Assess new referrals and develop short-term support plans
• →Promote independence through reablement and community resources
• →Safeguard vulnerable adults and complete capacity assessments
• →Coordinate with health, housing, and voluntary services

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
