Job Title: Social Worker
Team: Children in Care 
Salary: £40,369 - £43,686 + up to £6,000 welcome bonus (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Are you an experienced and passionate social worker ready to make a lasting difference in the lives of children in care?

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Children in Care Team based in Northampton. As a Social Worker in this team, you will build meaningful relationships with children and young people, supporting them through care planning, permanency, and transitions. You’ll work closely with carers, families, and multi-agency professionals to ensure stability, safety, and positive outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for children’s voices, promote resilience, and contribute to long-term success.

The below teams are available:

• Children in Care (Court Team)
• Children in Care (Permanence Team)
• Children in Care (Long Term Team)

About You

• Social Work England registered
• 2 years post-qualified, with a completed ASYE
• Experienced in safeguarding and working with children in care
• A confident communicator and team collaborator
• Passionate about supporting children, families, and achieving positive change
• Committed to best practice and continuous development
