Social Worker – Family Safeguarding

Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled and resilient Social Worker to join the Family Safeguarding team at Fawcett House. This role is focused on managing a diverse caseload of children and families, providing robust intervention from Child in Need (CIN) through to active Care Proceedings.

• →Hybrid Working: A hybrid model is in place, with the expectation to work from the office at Fawcett House 2–3 days per week.
• →Location: Fawcett House, Trumpington, Cambridge.
• →Contract: Full-time hours (37 hours per week).

• Supportive Leadership: We provide direct support from Senior Practitioners and Managers for complex tasks such as court attendance.
• Family Safeguarding Model: We utilize a multidisciplinary approach to keep families together safely and improve outcomes for children.
