Liquid Personnel are proud to be supporting Harrow Council in recruiting Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join their Children in Need Team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-run and highly supportive safeguarding service, working with children and families subject to Child in Need plans, Child Protection plans, care proceedings and Children Looked After. Responsibilities

→Manage a caseload of children and families requiring assessment, intervention and safeguarding support.
→Work with children subject to Child in Need and Child Protection plans.
→Undertake assessments, care planning and direct work to improve outcomes for children and families.
→Contribute to care proceedings and permanency planning where required.
→Build effective relationships with children, families and partner agencies.

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent).
Registration with Social Work England.
Successful completion of ASYE.
At least one year's post-qualified experience within Children's Services.
