Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist $17.50-$23.00 HR.
Department: Office
Summary: Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in all aspects of general office coordination.
Weekly supply orders for 3 facilities.
Maintain Calendar for Conference room and training room.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
Assist in coordinating facility events.
Support office staff with projects as needed.
Customer invoicing as product is shipped.
Diligently maintain the accounts receivable aging report.
Contact customers as needed when payments are not received in a timely manner.

Physical Demands:

Able to lift 25 lbs from floor to shoulder level occasionally.
Will be required on occasion to work more than 8 hours on one shift
Requires occasional bending, stooping, and lifting, carrying and frequent sitting. Reaching or handling with arms, hands and fingers.
Manuel dexterity sufficient to work with fingers.
Normal vision with or without corrective lenses.
