Porter

Perform daily cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of common areas, hallways, and amenity spaces. 

Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling materials. 

Clean and maintain the property's entrances, lobby, and other high-traffic areas to uphold a welcoming environment. 

Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the property management team. 

Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or gatherings held on the property. 

Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify areas in need of cleaning or maintenance. 

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment. 

Adhere to established safety protocols and regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment for residents, visitors, and staff. 

Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. 

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address any concerns or inquiries promptly and courteously. 

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods. 

Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. 

Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks.
