Long Island Speech is seeking an experienced, personable, and organized Medical Office Secretary/Front Desk Professional to join our growing team in our Suffolk and Nassau County offices.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
- →Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
- →Maintain accurate data in our practice management software
- →Support daily front office operations with professionalism and attention to detail
- →Every other Saturday and some evenings required
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum 5 years of medical office or medical reception experience
- Previous administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Suffolk County: Commack, Stony Brook, Islip Terrace, Farmingville, East Yaphank, Westhampton Beach
Nassau County: Wantagh, New Hyde Park, Jericho
