As a Mechanical Project Coordinator working with the LotusWorks team, you will support project managers on a large-scale semiconductor project in Chandler, Arizona. This role will work closely with project management, construction teams, trade partners, and other project stakeholders to support the successful execution of project activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment while developing their project management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination and project-related activities.
  • Assist project managers with identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues to help maintain project progress.
  • Monitor open issues and follow up with relevant project stakeholders to support timely resolution.
  • Assist with schedule management by tracking project activities, milestones, and updates.
  • Support project managers with identifying schedule impacts and communicating potential delays or concerns.
  • Coordinate with trade partners to support alignment of project activities and overall project schedule.
  • Assist with trade management and coordination to help ensure project activities are properly communicated and progressing as planned.
  • Maintain clear and organized project documentation, schedules, and issue tracking information.
  • Communicate project updates, outstanding items, and areas of concern to project managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams and trade partners to support effective communication and project execution.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple teams, trades, and project stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project information.
  • Ability to identify issues, communicate concerns, and support timely resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to following up on outstanding items and project activities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team.
  • Comfortable working in a construction or industrial project environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Willingness to learn construction project management processes and semiconductor facility requirements.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Construction management or project coordination certifications preferred.
  • Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
