Our Hydroexcavation & Heavy Haul division provides a variety of services to construction companies and utilities around the region. We provide hydro excavation services to construction companies, deliver consumables, relocate vehicles and haul heavy equipment.

We have an opening for a non-CDL part-time driver, based out of our Scottsville location. 

Primary Function and Scope:
The non-CDL driver will support the delivery of vehicles to internal and external customers. This will include driving vehicles and materials to various locations around the area.  We can be flexible on the number of days a week.  Each day can vary from 6 to 12 hours, depending on delivery destination and return trip time. 

Duties:

• Safely and professionally drive and deliver vehicles to customer locations; work as a co-pilot when returning from deliveries
• Deliver materials and supplies to customer sites as required
• Monitor the physical condition of vehicles and promptly report any issues
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal employees and customers regarding delivery progress, sometimes adjusting priorities accordingly
• Operate equipment safely, courteously and in compliance with applicable laws
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience
• Comfort driving vehicles long distances
• Clean driving record
• Strong focus on safety
• Good sense of direction; able to follow GPS driving directions and read road signs
• Strong customer service orientation
• Flexibility to work hours required to get the job done

Compensation:

• $25.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience
