For our growing team, we are looking for English-speaking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/x) for the DHL Backoffice Project, one of the leading brands in international logistics and parcel delivery.

In this role, you will provide professional and customer-focused support to DHL customers by offering friendly, empathetic, and effective solutions.

• →Provide written support to DHL customers.
• →Respond to questions about shipments, delivery times, tracking, and other related topics.
• →Handle customer issues, complaints, and address changes.
• →Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.

• Native-level English (C2) in both written and spoken communication.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred; experience in logistics or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Strong digital skills and familiarity with common PC applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured, solution-oriented manner.
• Strong customer focus, patience, and excellent communication skills.
