The role creates the technical foundation required to support advanced analytics, artificial intelligence solutions, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives.

The role drives platform reliability, performance optimization, and technology standardization across the Data & AI ecosystem. By strengthening infrastructure capabilities and virtualization services, the role improves operational efficiency, accelerates service delivery, reduces technology risk, and enhances the organization's ability to scale emerging digital solutions.

Through technical expertise and collaboration across technology functions, the role ensures that platform environments remain secure, available, and aligned with business growth requirements while supporting innovation and operational excellence.

Platform Engineering & Infrastructure Excellence

Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing virtualization and platform environments that support business-critical applications and Data & AI services.
Optimize platform capacity, availability, and performance to ensure reliable service delivery across the organization.
Strengthen infrastructure resilience through proactive lifecycle management and continuous platform enhancement.
Data & AI Platform Enablement

Enable Data & AI workloads through robust platform architecture, virtualization technologies, and infrastructure services.
Accelerate deployment and integration of data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI capabilities.
Ensure platform environments support evolving business and technology requirements.
Operational Excellence

Improve service stability through effective monitoring, automation, and performance optimization practices.
Reduce infrastructure complexity and operational inefficiencies through standardization and process improvement.
Enhance operational responsiveness through effective incident resolution and root cause management.
Governance, Risk & Security

Maintain compliance with enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and infrastructure standards.
Strengthen platform security by implementing appropriate controls, vulnerability mitigation, and access governance practices.

4. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

5. Experience

8-12 years of relevant experience in platform engineering, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure and mission-critical business applications.
Experience in Data & AI platform environments, analytics infrastructure, or digital transformation programs.
Experience leading complex technical initiatives and cross-functional technology engagements.
