The position acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring data products align with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role contributes to Ma’aden's data-driven transformation agenda by enhancing data maturity, maximizing the value of enterprise information assets, and enabling scalable and sustainable data management practices across corporate functions.


2. What You Will Deliver

Data Domain Strategy & Value Realization

Shape and execute the Corporate Functions Data Domain roadmap aligned with enterprise data and digital strategies.
Prioritize data initiatives that maximize business value, operational efficiency, and decision-making effectiveness.
Translate business requirements into scalable data capabilities and products.
Drive adoption of data domain services that increase business confidence in enterprise data.
Data Governance & Quality

Establish and strengthen governance frameworks, ownership models, standards, and controls across corporate function data assets.
Improve data quality, consistency, accuracy, and traceability across critical business datasets.
Monitor compliance with enterprise data policies, regulatory obligations, and information management standards.
Resolve data risks and governance gaps to protect business integrity and decision quality.
Data Products & Analytics Enablement

Develop and enhance data products that support reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-driven use cases.
Enable reliable access to business-critical data for stakeholders across corporate functions.
Improve the availability, usability, and lifecycle management of data assets.
Drive continuous enhancement of data products based on business needs and performance insights.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership

Build strong partnerships with corporate function leaders to understand priorities and data requirements.
Align business and technology stakeholders around data value, governance, and product objectives.
Influence data-driven decision-making through trusted insights and strategic recommendations.
Foster collaboration across business units, data teams, and technology functions.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation

4. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

5. Experience

10-12 years of experience in data management, data governance, analytics, or enterprise information management.
Experience leading data domain, master data, or data product initiatives within large and complex organizations.
Experience working with enterprise data governance frameworks and data quality management practices.
Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver data-driven transformation initiatives.
