Front Desk Receptionist

Mainspring Recovery is a mission-driven behavioral health organization built on the belief that healing happens when the right people are in the room. We provide care across multiple levels, including Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP), supporting individuals and families throughout the recovery process.

Front Desk Receptionist

• High school diploma or GED required. 

• A minimum of one (1) year in a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Professional demeanor with a friendly and welcoming attitude. 
• Behavioral health facility experience a plus.

• Direct care and client-facing position.
• Part-time, 20 hours per week Sunday, Monday 8:00am-6:00pm
