Maloney Properties is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our team based at a residential community in the South End. The portfolio consists of 209 units of affordable housing. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:

• →Leasing.
• →Waitlist management. 
• →Recertifications.
• →Rent collections. 
• →Monthly reporting.
• →Unit inspections. 
• →Compliance.
• →Overall office management. 

The work hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00.
