As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and planning support to the North America Intermediary business. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, including business leaders and finance partners, while gaining exposure to Wealth and Asset Management operations. You'll develop your analytical, reporting, and presentation skills in a collaborative and highly visible finance environment.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, or a related finance role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification
Experience within the Wealth and Asset Management or Financial Services industry
Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes
Knowledge of Power BI, Anaplan, SmartView-Essbase, or Lawson
Proven experience driving process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
