• →Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• →At least 2 years of experience recruiting for industrial roles and office roles in an organization with industrial operations. Experience in recruiting for manufacturing roles preferred.
• →At least 2 years of experience recruiting in an organization that maintains EEO compliance.
• →Experience with Federal & State employment laws compliance.
• →Experience in HR business process and employee life cycle (Hire to Retire).
• →At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office products.
• →Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.
• →UKG highly preferred.
• →Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools (BI/Dashboard).
