✓Have command of all aspects of managing and execution of kitchen operations, including menu development, seasonal specials, catering menu and execution, to-go/box lunch menu and execution, food costing measures (inventory control, waste/spoilage, menu costing), vendor relations and ordering, spreadsheets, hiring/firing, scheduling, staff development, maintenance/cleaning scheduling, dealing with emergencies, and ideally, physical space build outs. Bring your expertise and help carry on the program.

✓Have excellent written, oral, and numbers communication. Critical.

✓Believe in the power of craft beer. Brew knowledge is a plus, but not required—we can teach that. But you must believe.

✓Have an unshakeable positive nature, a sense of humor, honesty, reliability, and good common sense.
