Senior Business Analyst

MarketOnce is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical delivery. This role is ideal for a seasoned analyst with experience supporting large-scale consumer and commercial products, working within the full SDLC process, from planning, through execution and deployment. You'll be the person who takes a business objective, builds clear solutions, and packages it into a structured, actionable plan that engineering team can execute against to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements, Discovery, Customer Feedback

• →Lead discovery conversations with business stakeholders to define the problem being solved, the desired outcome, and how success will be measured, ensuring business objective is always the primary focus
• →Translate business needs into well-structured features, requirements, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, context, and commentary that gives engineering the full picture, not just the ask
• →Collect and implement customer feedback to drive iterative improvements along with design and prioritization decisions

• 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
• 2nd Round: 45-minute virtual interview with the Hiring Manager
• 3rd Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team

Please note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo/Union Station office. We are not considering remote, hybrid, or out-of-area candidates, and do not work with outside recruiting agencies.
