The Wholesale Customer Operations Associate is part of a team with a daily focus on the HUK wholesale business, always ensuring best-in-class customer experience. This role serves as the relationship lead for wholesale partners, managing accounts, orders, and communication across the lifecycle of the customer. This position is highly cross-functional, working closely with Sales, Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure wholesale customers are supported, orders flow smoothly, and growth opportunities are captured.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Serve as a point of contact for wholesale and B2B customers.
- →Manage end-to-end wholesale order processing, from onboarding through fulfillment and invoicing.
- →Customer communication related to orders, availability, timelines, changes, and issue resolution.
- →Help maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in ERP / CRM systems.
- →Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders.
- →Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels and retention from a set of wholesale accounts
- →Support new account setup, contract terms, and operational readiness.
- →Support customer-facing team members on a daily basis including cross training within and outside of the department to foster career development and growth.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in wholesale, B2B operations, customer operations, or account management.
- Strong understanding of order management, fulfillment, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or wholesale platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
