Responsibilities

- Supervise department heads and frontline managers.
- Define individual and collective objectives.
- Monitor performance and support employees in developing their skills.
- Foster a positive working environment and effective communication between teams.
- Organize and supervise all operational activities.
- Ensure the quality, continuity and efficiency of operations.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, deadlines and quality standards.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize human, material and financial resources.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze results and propose improvement plans.
- Prepare regular reports for Senior Management.
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of operational budgets.
- Control costs and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Implement and monitor process improvement plans.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization.
- Harmonize working methods and procedures.
- Support organizational changes.
- Ensure a continuous approach to improving quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure coordination between the company’s different departments.
- Work closely with Senior Management, Human Resources, Sales teams and support functions.
- Participate in strategic projects and the development of the company.
- Act as the main point of contact for operational partners and service providers when necessary.
Requirements
