• →Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks to a high standard
• →Create classic and innovative cocktails with excellent presentation and consistency 
• →Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and making personalised drink recommendations
• →Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar environment at all times 
• →Ensure all transactions are processed accurately using the POS system
• →Monitor and replenish stock levels, supporting stock control and ordering processes
• →Verify customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in line with legal requirements
• →Stay up to date with current beverage trends and contribute ideas to enhance the bar offering 
• →Comply with all company policies, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
• →Work collaboratively with the wider F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar service standards 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for guest service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and reliability
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
