Bartender - Casa Brera

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Bartender.

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. 
• The starting date is estimated in October.

You are a bright mixologist who is always on the lookout for new beverage trends. When you are behind the bar, you create an energy that is both welcoming and exciting. You take pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day. You are hands-on, the team spirit is what matters for you the most, you behave impeccably even when no one watches.

• →Represent and be the face of the hotel/bar to all guests.
• →Pamper our guest 
• →Order, prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
• →Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• →Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas.
• →Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• →Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• →Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

• Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
• A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
• At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
• A safety-first approach. 
• Positive outlook and dependability. 
• Previous bartending experience is a big plus.
