Your day to day

• Deliver professional, friendly and attentive service to guests across a variety of events and functions.
• Assist with the setup, service and breakdown of banqueting events, ensuring all spaces are prepared to the required standards.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and guest care.
• Work closely with colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and assist in creating a positive and memorable experience.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and professionalism across all event areas.
• Follow company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures at all times.
