Casual Food & Beverage Server - W Edinburgh

Reporting to the Beverage & Food Operations Manager, you will be expected to set-up and clear event spaces, preparing items and ensure smooth running of events. This is a varied role that also includes supporting our server and bar teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for someone who is motivated, has an eye for detail, and would love to develop their hospitality skills!

As a Server, key aspects of your role will include: 

• Be the face of the restaurant – the first and last impression the guest has of us! 

• Welcome guests warmly and personally 

• Give a fond farewell that encourages guests to return 

• Ensure guests are seated correctly in the restaurant according to the floor plan 

• Communicate any important guest information to the waiting team and management 

• Work as part of a team 

• Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
