Support Sales & Marketing operations by coordinating administrative activities, preparing sales documentation, managing client communications, and promoting brand awareness while maximizing revenue opportunities and maintaining guest loyalty. 

• →Promote brand awareness internally and externally. 
• →Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders. 
• →Coordinate client communications via phone and email. 
• →Assist with site inspections for prospective clients. 
• →Maintain and reconcile sales leads, commissions, and related information systems. 
• →Answer guest enquiries regarding facilities, services, packages, and promotions. 
• →Compile and distribute sales collateral and promotional materials. 
• →Perform general administrative duties to support the Sales & Marketing team. 

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. 
• At least 1 year of related work experience. 
• Strong communication, customer service, and telephone etiquette skills. 
• Proficiency in computer applications and administrative systems. 
• Excellent organisation, planning, multitasking, and attention to detail. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional relationships. 
• No supervisory experience required. 
• Must have legal right to work in the applicable country of employment.
