W Sydney is now casting for a Commissionaire.  If you are passionate and charismatic, have outstanding communication skills, zealous about creating a memorable and welcoming atmosphere for customers, strive to provide personalized and attentive service that exceeds guests expectations then this exciting role is for you.

• Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive and depart W Sydney
• Open and hold doors for all guests
• Assist guests with luggage and/or direct Wheels Attendant accordingly
• Manage the flow of vehicles, taxis, and valet services at the entrance
• Monitor and report any suspicious or unusual activity to Security or Management
• Provide guests with directions or basic information about the hotel and nearby attractions
• Coordinate with Welcome Desk, Concierge, Wheels and Security to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe entrance area including Ground Floor seating area
• Assist with special requests or VIP guests as needed
• Represent W Sydney by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and great hospitality at all times
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
• Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and ethical standards at all times.
• Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are logged and followed up in a timely and professional manner.
