About the role

Start your journey with the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa as a Concierge Team Leader. You will be providing our guests with memorable arrival and departure experiences in a fast paced environment.

Critical responsibilities:

Greet and escort guests to rooms

 Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property

 Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities

Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services)

Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area

Assist with luggage storage and retrieval and assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.

Successful Candidates will have:

The ability to anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.

 A current open QLD driver License

Outstanding relationship building skills

Excellent customer service experience

Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues

Passion for the Hospitality Industry

Ability to Learn, think and grow and continue to evolve in this role

Dispatch bell staff or vale
