Role Overview 

As an Apprentice Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting our culinary teams while building a strong foundation in professional cooking. Rotate across multiple kitchen sections, assist with food preparation, maintain high standards, and learn alongside passionate, experienced chefs. This entry-level role is designed for young talent ready to grow, thrive, and elevate their skills within a globally recognised hotel brand. You’ll gain real hands-on experience delivering exceptional dining experiences at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa.

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking high-quality dishes. 

• Support senior chefs during busy service periods. 

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards. 

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and wider culinary team.
