Responsibilities

→Monitor and analyze operating costs against budgets and forecasts.
→Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and financial forecasts.
→Review inventory, purchasing, and expenditure controls to ensure cost efficiency.
→Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service standards.
→Support budget preparation and financial planning processes.
→Partner with department leaders to improve financial performance and accountability.
→Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
→Contribute to a collaborative culture aligned with Sheraton's brand values.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in cost control, financial analysis, accounting, or hospitality finance.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial/ERP systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable.
Professional accounting qualifications (CPA) is an advantage
