What sets the Events Team apart?

What will you do?

• You independently manage your clients and projects from the initial inquiry through to successful execution.
• You inspire clients with our spirit and passion for creating exceptional events. 
• You keep track of all relevant agreements when organising events.
• You respond to individual client needs and develop creative, tailor-made solutions. 
• You enjoy building and maintaining relationships and engage with our diverse clients, associations, and communities with openness and appreciation. 
• You recognize the important details that turn a good event into an unforgettable experience. 
• You make use of our wide range of training and development opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. 
• You are eager to develop your career, take on responsibility, and explore long-term international career opportunities.

What makes you stand out?

You remain calm and maintain an overview even during busy peak times, acting responsibly and with confidence. Your strong attention to detail and high quality standards, combined with a natural warmth and friendliness when dealing with guests and clients, set you apart. Ideally, you already have relevant experience in the event- or hotel industry (minimum 2-3 years) and are fluent in both German and English.
