Responsibilities

→Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
→Build genuine guest connections through warm, engaging, and personalised service.
→Share menu knowledge and recommendations with confidence and enthusiasm.
→Support restaurant, bar, poolside, event, and in-room dining operations.
→Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
→Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety, and Marriott brand standards.
→Assist with guest enquiries and service recovery in a professional and timely manner.
→Accurately process orders and payments while contributing to a positive team culture.
→Contribute positively to a high-performing team culture.

Requirements

Previous Food & Beverage or customer service experience required
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate required.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Marriott experience is advantageous but not essential.
