Food & Beverage Attendant - Haven Lounge

Position Summary:

• Rise with us and assist with the Haven Lounge service, tending bar and serving food to guests

• Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly

• Ensure the Haven Lounge is presentable and clean at all times

• Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests

• With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the service experience

• Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA

• Relevant experience in a similar role

• Working rights in Australia

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
