Position Summary: 

• Supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations 

• Fuel guest’s curiosity and inspire brilliance  throughout the complete food and beverage experience 

• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience  

• Assist with the bar operational tasks if required

• Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor y empowering and supporting your team

• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times

• Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks 

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

• Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions

About You: 

• An up to date RSA 

• Relevant experience in a managerial role 

• Working rights in Australia

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career 

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast paced environment 

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude 

• Availability to work a rotating schedule between Monday – Sunday.
