General Manager - The St Regis La Bahia Blanca Resort

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead St. Regis La Bahia Blanca Resort, Tamuda Bay, an intimate beachfront retreat on Morocco’s Mediterranean coast.

Celebrating its Andalusian heritage and Moroccan roots, the resort brings together contemporary luxury, local craftsmanship and the traditions of St. Regis. Its 100 rooms and suites are complemented by a collection of distinctive dining experiences, spa and leisure facilities, and direct access to the shores of Tamuda Bay. 

This is an opportunity for an accomplished luxury hotelier to take the helm of a remarkable resort and lead its next phase of performance, reputation and guest experience.

The opportunity

As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, commercial performance and strategic direction of the resort.

More than this, you will be the guardian of the St. Regis experience, setting the tone for a culture where exceptional service feels personal, intuitive and effortless.

You will:

• Lead the business with a strong commercial mindset, driving sustainable revenue, profitability and market positioning.
• Elevate the guest experience, ensuring the signature rituals and service culture of St. Regis come to life consistently and authentically.
• Build and inspire an exceptional leadership team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, development and collaboration.
• Strengthen the resort's position within the luxury market, building relationships with guests, partners and the local community.
• Champion the destination, connecting the resort with the culture, character and energy of northern Morocco.
• Partner effectively with ownership and Marriott International, balancing brand, owner and business priorities while maintaining a clear strategic vision.
• Lead with presence, remaining highly visible to guests and associates and creating meaningful connections across the resort.

Who we are looking for

You will be an established luxury hospitality leader with a track record of delivering exceptional results in sophisticated hotel or resort environments.

You will bring:

• Significant senior leadership experience within luxury hospitality, ideally including General Manager or Hotel Manager experience.
• A deep understanding of what creates an exceptional luxury guest experience.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with evidence of driving performance in complex hospitality businesses.
• Experience leading, developing and engaging diverse, multicultural teams.
• The ability to build trusted and credible relationships with ownership and key stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of luxury positioning, reputation and guest engagement.
• An international outlook and the cultural agility to lead successfully in Morocco.
• A leadership style that combines warmth, visibility and authenticity with high standards and commercial discipline.

Experience in a luxury resort or destination environment would be particularly valuable.
