•  Success in this role will be demonstrated through:
•  Consistent delivery of high-quality cocktails and beverages.
•  Excellent guest feedback and service standards.
•  Strong beverage product knowledge.
•  Effective stock control and accurate beverage usage.
•  Reduction and appropriate recording of beverage wastage.
•  Compliance with Marriott and hotel beverage standards.
•  Effective support to the Restaurant & Bar Manager.
•  Positive teamwork and contribution to the overall Food & Beverage operation.
•  Successful implementation of seasonal cocktails and beverage initiatives
