The Cigar Specialist is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience through expert knowledge of premium cigars, personalized recommendations, and luxury service. The role involves assisting guests with cigar selection, providing pairing suggestions, and sharing product knowledge to enhance their overall experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

The successful candidate will ensure proper storage, presentation, and quality of all cigar products, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the outlet's revenue goals through effective upselling. A passion for cigars, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with discerning guests are essential for success in this role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience. Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
