Multi Property Sales Coordinator - EBC

The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:

1. Ensures Diary Management Systems are updated with all activities as appropriate.
2. Processes all business correspondence within acceptable time limits.  Creates contracts and other related booking documentation as required, to a high standard. 
3. Manages all administrative duties relevant to the EBC function supporting the Director and Assistant
4. Produces daily, weekly, monthly reports accurately using the Opera system and enquiry log statistics
5. Manages the distribution of the generic EBC email account, organizing the coordination of leads according to the set parameters given, plus providing accurate tracking for response times and duplicate bookings 
6. Understands the overall market.
7. Effectively manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
8. Transfers accurate, complete and timely information to operating departments at the properties.
