JOB SUMMARY

Revenue Manager – W Prague

W Prague is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy and drive commercial performance across the hotel.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement pricing, forecasting, and revenue strategies.
Analyze market trends, demand, and business performance.
Maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel revenue.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Welcome desk and hotel leadership.
Lead and support revenue management initiatives and teams.
Ensure strategies align with brand standards and business goals.

Ideal candidate:

Experience in hotel revenue management.
Strong analytical and commercial skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.
Knowledge of revenue management systems and hotel industry practices.
