Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:

Spa Attendant

Will be reporting to the Assistant Spa Manager:

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

  • Maintain the Spa facilities to exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and operational readiness.
  • Ensure changing rooms, thermal facilities, relaxation areas, Fitness Centre and guest spaces remain immaculate and fully prepared throughout the day.
  • Provide attentive and discreet guest assistance, proactively monitoring guest comfort and responding to individual needs.
  • Maintain and replenish the Hospitality Bar, refreshments, amenities and guest supplies.
  • Manage the daily circulation, replenishment and quality of towels, robes and Spa linen.
  • Monitor operational supplies and communicate replenishment requirements to Spa Management.
  • Conduct regular facility checks and promptly report maintenance, safety or operational concerns.
  • Support opening and closing procedures and the smooth daily operation of the Spa.
  • Collaborate closely with Reception, Therapists, Fitness and other Spa colleagues to ensure a seamless guest journey.
  • Support sustainability initiatives through responsible use of linen, water, energy and operational resources.

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

  • Previous experience within a luxury hotel, Spa, wellness facility or premium hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong guest service orientation and willingness to anticipate guest needs.
  • Exceptional attention to cleanliness, presentation and detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Understanding of hygiene, Health & Safety and safe working practices.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and physically active environment.
  • Strong teamwork, reliability and sense of ownership.
  • Good command of Greek and English.
  • Professional appearance, discretion, positive attitude and genuine hospitality mindset.
