Style Manager (Housekeping Manager) - W Prague

• →Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
• →Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• →Coordinate room assignments, supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• →Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team.
• →Handle guest concerns and ensure exceptional service.
• →Monitor standards, budgets, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• →Create a positive, collaborative team environment and recognize great performance.

• High school diploma/GED + 2 years of housekeeping or related experience OR a relevant 2-year hospitality/business degree.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
