Is this you?

• You have completed vocational training in a skilled trade
• You have already gained some experience working for a hotel chain or similar businesses
• You have a good command of German and English, as well as a strong commitment to your work
• You see yourself as a skilled all-rounder, have a team spirit, and are reliable and trustworthy
• You enjoy working carefully and in an organized manner, and you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in
• Quality is important to you, and you leave nothing to chance
• You enjoy your work and keep a cool head even during hectic moments
• You’re dependable: You’re punctual, reliable, and able to handle pressure

Your Responsibilities

• Monitoring of all technical installations
• Alarm monitoring
• On-call service in case of technical malfunctions and for all necessary repairs 
• as far as possible
• Parking garage monitoring
• Negotiating with suppliers and service providers and external companies
• Requesting external companies for fault repairs
• Cooperation with external craftsmen and outside companies
• Cooperation with engineering staff
• Close cooperation with housekeeping
• Collaboration with all departments for technical needs
• Support catering with technical installation
• Properly relay information of any kind pertaining to the house to staff, department heads and supervisors
• Participate in all relevant meetings and trainings
