• →Set up and serve welcome drinks at the Living Room (reception area) for arriving guests following our quality and W Service standards.
• →Ensure coups and wine glasses are clean, polished, and neatly arranged on the welcome scene table; collect used glasses and refresh them.
• →Maintain a tidy, organized welcome scene table.
• →Replenish the welcome drinks and water station at the Living Room as needed.
• →Greet and engage with every guest with warmth, addressing their needs professionally and promptly for a positive service experience.
• → Conduct weekly inventory of drinks and glassware.
• →Assist the Wheels (Porter/Valet) team with luggage handling, room drops, and other reasonable requests.
• →Bring our Whatever/Whenever brand culture to life with every guest interaction.

• Full availability on Fridays and Saturdays
• Previous experience in serving drinks or luxury guest service is highly desirable
• A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence
• A genuine passion for creating standout guest experiences and consistently going above and beyond
• Keen to take on new challenges and grow within your career
