We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business.
As our Partnerships Coordinator, you'll help build the operational foundation of one of our fastest-growing functions. Reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you'll own the communication, organization, tracking, reporting, and administrative processes that keep our partnerships program running efficiently. You'll work closely with creators, athletes, agencies, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure campaigns stay on track, documentation remains organized, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Serve as the central hub for partnership communications, ensuring timely follow-up with creators, athletes, experts, agencies, and brand partners
- →Coordinate campaign timelines, distribute creative briefs, collect deliverables, and manage approval workflows
- →Manage partnership contracts, signature collection, document organization, and record keeping
- →Maintain accurate partnership databases, trackers, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards
- →Track campaign performance, partnership activity, and operational KPIs to support leadership reporting
- →Organize partnership assets, communication history, documentation, and campaign records to ensure information is always current and accessible
- →Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and operational processes as the partnerships program continues to scale
Requirements
~1 min read- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and comfort working with large datasets
- Strong project management and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and consistently delivers without constant direction
- Comfortable learning new software, systems, and workflows in a fast-paced environment
