Primary Care Physician – Managed Care / Value-Based Care Location: New Port Richey, FL Position Overview We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing, senior-focused primary care practice dedicated to delivering high-quality, relationship-based care for adults age 65 and older. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys practicing medicine in a value-based, managed care environment with smaller patient panels, longer appointment times, and robust clinical support. The practice emphasizes personalized care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and strong physician-patient relationships.
