We are looking for In-house Architect to join our team!

• →Leading and supporting the architectural development of luxury hospitality projects
• →Creating conceptual, preliminary, and detailed architectural designs aligned with 5* hospitality standards and brand vision
• →Coordinating with external architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases
• →Managing and reviewing project documentation to ensure consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance
• →Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and construction progress from concept to completion
• →Conducting site visits and overseeing execution to ensure alignment with approved designs and technical specifications
• →Resolving technical and design-related issues during construction and implementation phases
• →Supporting permitting procedures, technical inspections, and project handovers
• →Applying sustainable and energy-efficient design principles in line with industry best practices
• →Collaborating closely with Development, Operations, and Investor teams to align design solutions with business objectives
• →Contributing to renovation, upgrade, and optimization projects 

• A graduate in Architecture with a strong interest in hospitality design
• Experienced in similar projects
• Proficient in design software 
• Strong in understanding construction processes and regulatory frameworks
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Creative, with strong operational awareness and a business-oriented mindset
