Responsibilities

→ Maintain computer-radio communications system by updating computer data as required to provide interface between voice communication and system data. Performs routine analysis checks between voice and data system to insure proper functioning of entire communication system.
→Take critical information and send it to the appropriate staff for action.
→Assist Reservationists and Scheduler when necessary.
→Advise MATAplus operators, through two-way radio system communication, by providing them with instructions and information regarding scheduling, route changes, etc.
→Prepare reports and enter data into the computer using VIA software.
→Monitor operator manifests and instruct operators on procedures to adjust schedules as needed.
→Notify appropriate staff of accidents.
→Train personnel on the radio computer system as required.
→Some light filing is required.
→Assume additional responsibilities as required.
