This is a permanent, full-time role being posted to fill an existing vacancy.

Compensation: $18.50 - $19.25 per hour

• →Support the Team: Assist with training, coaching, and supporting Retail Sales Associates.
• →Be the Go-To for Customers: Provide exceptional service to every customer, handle exchanges or refunds, and assist with resolving any issues professionally and positively.
• →Keep Things Looking Great: Help with merchandising, maintain a clean and organized store, and create a welcoming space for customers and team members.
• →Manage Inventory: Assist with receiving, replenishing stock, processing transfers, and ensuring inventory counts are accurate.
• →Close Up Shop: Carry out key holder responsibilities, including securing the store, balancing registers, and completing end-of-day paperwork.

• Experience: 1 or more years of retail experience.
• Team Player: You're great at working independently but thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Tech Skills: You're comfortable with computers and know your way around point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Customer-First Attitude: You genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for every customer.
