Responsibilities
~1 min read- Define and continuously evolve the master narrative for Intelligence Center X and the broader portfolio.
- Build narrative frameworks grounded in customer challenges, differentiated product value, market dynamics, and Siemens’ industrial expertise.
- Establish messaging architecture, proof points, terminology, and storytelling standards that connect:
- Corporate vision
- Portfolio positioning
- Product messaging
- Industry use cases
- Customer outcomes
- Ensure narrative consistency across executive and leadership communications.
- Identify messaging gaps, inconsistencies, or competing narratives and drive alignment to maintain a focused, credible, and differentiated market position.
- Lead the strategic development of executive keynotes, high-profile presentations, customer events, analyst engagements, and executive communications related to Intelligence Center X and industrial AI.
- Partner with senior executives, product leaders, and subject matter experts to transform complex strategies and technical innovations into compelling, audience-specific stories.
- Define presentation storylines, narrative arcs, supporting proof points, visual direction, customer examples, and calls to action.
- Create scalable executive storytelling processes, including:
- Briefing frameworks
- Content governance
- Speaker preparation
- Message rehearsals
- Post-event content repurposing
- Develop deep expertise in portfolio capabilities, product roadmaps, technical architecture, customer adoption models, competitive positioning, and strategic ecosystems.
- Translate complex concepts such as:
- Industrial data platforms
- Knowledge graphs
- AI and machine learning lifecycle management
- Low-code development
- Agentic workflows
- Governance frameworks
- Human-AI collaboration into clear customer value propositions.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, and Sales teams to connect narrative claims to measurable business outcomes and technical proof.
- Ensure portfolio stories consistently answer:
- What problem does this solve?
- Why does it matter now?
- Why Siemens?
- How does it work in the real world?
- What outcomes can customers expect?
- Build trusted relationships across Siemens businesses, product organizations, marketing functions, industry teams, regions, and strategic partners.
- Lead narrative reviews and decision-making forums to drive alignment and resolve competing priorities.
- Balance speed, rigor, and strategic judgment when making messaging decisions.
- Coach executives, product marketers, and go-to-market leaders on:
- Customer-first storytelling
- Message hierarchy
- Narrative discipline
- Executive presentation best practices
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience within enterprise software, industrial technology, AI, data platforms, automation, cloud technologies, or platform businesses.
- Demonstrated success defining category, platform, or portfolio narratives that improved market understanding, strengthened differentiation, and supported go-to-market execution.
- Extensive experience developing executive keynotes, leadership presentations, and high-visibility communications.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, and presentation development skills.
- Strong product marketing acumen with the ability to synthesize:
- Market trends
- Customer needs
- Product capabilities
- Competitive dynamics
- Proof points into a compelling strategic narrative.
- Ability to engage deeply with technical products while translating complexity into clear business value without losing credibility.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders in a global, highly matrixed environment.
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.

You will help define the narrative behind one of Siemens’ most strategic growth initiatives while partnering directly with senior leaders, product innovators, and market-facing teams to influence customers, analysts, and industry audiences worldwide.
The pay range for this position is $124,000 - $223,100 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher within this range depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a target incentive of 5-10% of the base salary.
