Responsibilities

Participate in roadmapping and architecture discussions

Produce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable code

Lead large projects from initial inception to production

Unblock and support your team of peers including engineers, designers, product managers, and business operators

Interact with customers to solve customer problems

Build a best in class developer experience for Merge’s dashboard, docs, APIs and SDKs

5-7+ years of full-time software engineering experience (looking for senior+ level of experience)
Experience with frameworks (Django, Rails, Spring, React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.)
Extensive knowledge of SQL databases (Postgres preferred)
An ability to perform in a fast paced environment and deal with ambiguity
Startup or SaaS experience preferred
Experience with design systems, modern styling, and frontend testing practices a plus

✓The cash compensation range for this role is $190,000 - $235,000

✓Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package
